Shiitake Mushrooms
Grown by Vicky and Anton at Woodfruits off grid micro-farm
These mushrooms are well known for their health supporting qualities!
Add the whole pack to a soup or stew and boil for 10-15 mins or until they are soft.
Alternatively you can simply boil the mushrooms on their own (for 10-15mins), drink the liquid as a tea and keep the mushrooms in the fridge to re-use again a couple of times. Once the colour and flavour fades, simply eat the mushrooms.
We do not recommend you eat dried mushrooms raw.
