Salty Fingers

Salty Fingers

These mineral rich coastal plants make a wonderful vegetable accompaniment to sea foods. You can also use them as a natural replacement for salt by adding them to soups, gravy and casseroles.

You can eat them raw as they are, they are a lovely crunchy, salty nibble

Alternatively you can steam/boil/saute for a couple of minutes.
