Dried Nettle

Dried Nettle

Sourced by Deanna at Wild Pharma from an organic biodynamic farm

Nettles are a rich source of minerals and make a great nutrient booster. Simply add a tablespoon to soups, stews or smoothies.

Alternatively you can simply stir a teaspoon into some hot water and enjoy as a herbal tea. You can use this in exactly the same way as you would use matcha green tea. If you need an extra boost, add a teaspoon of honey and be ready to discover powers you didn’t know you had :)
