• Live microbial cultures: Bacillus subtilis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, B. breve, B. infantis, B. longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. bulgaricus, L. casei, L. fermentum, L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, Lactococcus lactis, Saccharomyces boulardii, S. cerevisiae, Streptococcus thermophilus
• Organic malt (barley), consumed during fermentation
• Herbs, minerals and electrolytes: apple, boswellia, chlorella, citric acid, d-ribose, elderberry, electrolytes (sodium chloride, potassium sulphate, calcium hydrogen phosphate anhydrous, magnesium oxide), glucosamine sulphate (from crustaceans), gotu kola, MSM, marine collagen (from crustaceans and fish), red grape, Siberian ginseng, horsetail (silicon), spirulina, turmeric, vitamin D3, vitamin C, zinc chloride

How to use

• Adults: 15ml (1 tablespoon) daily
• Preferably taken before food
