Supplied by Andy Pearman, who uses no-dig chemical free methods and waters his plants with an irrigation system fed directly from a natural spring. 

Suggested use:

Use a small bunch each morning to make a detox smoothie with some fresh fruit and veg such as kale, apples, carrots, lemon and perhaps a bit of ginger. 

Use raw in salads

Use to flavour soups, stews or gravy
