Mixed Sea Veg

A mixture of sea aster, sea beet, sea kale and rock samphire. 

Suggested uses:

Wash well before use

Can be eaten raw or cooked

Suggested uses:

Sautee in butter or olive oil unti softened and serve as you would leafy veg. Goes well with fish, but is equally at home served as a cooked veg alongside tomato based roasted dishes.
