Can be eaten raw or cooked
Add some leaves to boiling water and leave to steep for 5-10minutes before drinking as a tea.
Add leaves raw to salads
Blend with ice and the juice of a fresh lemon and add to water to make a refreshing drink - with or without alcohol.
Add leaves towards the end of cooking - pairs well with sweet or savoury recipes that contain ginger, lemongrass, lemons, or mint.
Also pairs well with coriander and white meats.
