Fresh Herb Mix

Getting up at the crack of dawn, in the rain, Deanna gathered together a collection of beautiful and fragrant herbs, including mint, fennel and coriander flowers from her herb garden.

This mix can be made into a pesto, an iced minty tea, a dressing for three bean salad or perhaps something adventurous of your own making!
