• Organic malt (barley), consumed during fermentation
• Herbs: bacopa, chamomile, ginger, hops, jujube, lavender, linden blossom, moringa, oat straw, passionflower, rosehip, Siberian ginseng, valerian
• Apple cider vinegar, sea water concentrate

How to use

• Adults: 15ml (1 tablespoon) daily, as directed by the manufacturer
• Preferably taken before food
• Flakes and sediment are normal in a live fermented product
