• Live microbial cultures: Bacillus subtilis, Bifidobacterium bifidum, B. breve, B. infantis, B. longum, Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. bulgaricus, L. casei, L. fermentum, L. plantarum, L. rhamnosus, Lactococcus lactis, Saccharomyces boulardii, S. cerevisiae, Streptococcus thermophilus
• Organic malt (barley), consumed during fermentation
• Herbs and minerals: agar agar, aloe vera, apple cider vinegar, chondroitin sulphate, citrus peel, glucosamine sulphate (from crustaceans), Himalayan rock salt, l-glutamine, peppermint oil, quercetin, rutin, sea water concentrate, slippery elm, turmeric

How to use

• Adults: 15ml (1 tablespoon) daily
• Not for children. For adult use only.
• Preferably taken before food
