We believe in simplicity - so we love the dietary concept of eating the rainbow. We leave the early spring flowers for the bees and the pollinators, so throughout spring and early summer we only supply flowers grown in our greenhouses by Nurtured in Norfolk. As nature shifts gears into the full bloom of summer, we harvest from an abundant supply leaving plenty for our little flower loving friends.
Eating a variety of different coloured fruits and vegetables each day, means you are more likely to consume a diverse range of nutrients, including anti-oxidants. You can’t access much more colourful foods than flowers. Adding flowers to your diet doesn’t just make your plate look more bright and cheerful, it also increases your dietary diversity.
