Wild Garlic selection

A selection of a seasonal wild garlic including:
Rosy Garlic, mini ramsons and three cornered leek flowers and leaves.
Suggestions for use:
Wash well before use
Can be eaten raw or cooked
Use as you would do salad onions or leeks.
Enjoy as a salad in it's own right or mix with other salad items.
Steam gently and serve with feta cheese, quinoa/chickpeas and a vinegar dressing
