Once perennial kale is planted, it provides a reliable crop of leaves for many years.
Use in the same way as you would regular kale.

Drizzle with olive oil and a light sprinkling of salt and bake in the oven at 180degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.
Chop/rip into smaller pieces and add to curries, soups and stews when cooking.
