This beautiful heaven sent mixture of lemon verbena, flowering currant and lemon balm leaves can be used to make the most luxurious and lemony/floral scented tea or used as a herb to flavour dishes that call for lemongrass/floral flavours.
Wash well before use:
Use a few leaves to make a tea - infuse for 10minutes in boiled water and drink.
For those feeling adventurous you could experiment with leaves in different dishes that call for any floral flavours. Use in place of roses in recipes, for example. It goes well with lemongrass, rice and chicken.
