Not just any old Dill - May's Biome Box contains Dill that has been grown at Aweside's organic market garden, where all their growing is aimed at restoring nature whilst also creating a thriving business. 

Sinead and Adam at Aweside have worked incredibly hard, facing into all kinds of challenges in order to supply diverse varieties of herbs and flowers, with a focus also on no dig growing and the use of heritage veg. 

This herbs soft, warm and sweet tones pair perfectly with fish and white sauces, but it excels even further as a cup of soothing and relaxing herbal tea.
