Biome Box Seasonal Salad - May

Salads get exciting in May, as we finally see sufficient growth of fresh, vibrant tree leaves, to include tree leaves in our Biome Box mixes!

This May we have included Common Lime tree leaves - which are our absolute favourite tree leaf :)

May's salad includes:

Common Lime tree leaves (gentle lemony flavour), Garlic Mustard (mildly spicy), Snapdragon flowers (bitter), Black Mustard flowers (VERY spicy)

Suggest uses:

Wash well before use

Eat raw as a salad -avoid the small yellow flowers if you don't like spicy food!
