This month's special stock/soup/salad bundle contains:
- Wild Chervil
- Wild garlic
Wash well before use
Can be eaten raw or cooked
Finely chop and eat as a salad
Use to make a vegetable stock. Finely chop with 2 medium onions, 1-2 garlic cloves and cook in butter/olive oil until softened, add sea salt and then top up to 500ml-1L with water. Allow to simmer for 20minutes, season as necessary and use as a stock.
Add to soups/stews - finely chop and add to soups or stews, allow to simmer for 15-20minutes before serving.
