Containing a mixture of the perennial leaves, bucks horn plantain and purslane, these juicy salad leaves make a great addition to any salad, sandwich, pasta/rice dish or as a side serving to get some extra veg into your day!
Wash well before use
Consume raw as a salad, try it with some quinoa, pomegranate, feta, chopped mint and toasted pumpkin seeds and sliced almonds with a vinaigrette dressing ....10/10 for taste!
