Wild Forager
Martin spent much of his childhood in the company of his Grandfather, who lived a very simple and beautiful existence on the banks of the river Great Ouse.
His Grandfather used to work horses and grew much of his own food, eating fish that he had caught with his own hands, on the river bank of their home.
Martin’s Grandfather taught him all he knew about the wild plants they shared the land with – which ones were edible and which ones weren’t.
Martin has spent 20 years doing what he loves, foraging wild foods, carrying on the wisdom of his Grandfather and hopefully inspiring others to connect more with nature, the seasons and simpler ways of life.
