Early spring flowers can be a little thin on the ground, bumblebees and other early pollinators need as many as possible. (This is one reason it is essential to leave your dandelions in place - they are a primary source of food for pollinators this time of year and help bumblebees survive). It is for this reason that we wont be collecting wild or outdoor flowers, at least not until we have made sure our pollinators are well taken care of!

We have chosen to grow our early season edible flowers at our family run producer Nurtured in Norfolk - who grow great quality shoots and flowers under greenhouses, planted in soil for some of the best Michelin star chefs and now you too.
